Works well with some small issues. Picture will freeze for a few milliseconds then jumps to catch up once in a while which is annoying when it happens. It may be due to the distance between sender and receiver and objects in-between. I use it between an RV and a screen tent just outside the RV. It would have been nice to have a second HDMI cable in the box - one for the sender and one for the receiver. In my case the IR cables were not needed as my remote control is set up for RF usage.
