I bought one to hook up to my home theater receiver primarily for when I have some friends
over. I wanted a Bluetooth music receiver with optical output for sound quality reasons.
We all take turns connecting and playing our music wirelessly over my surround sound
system. I also occasionally hook it up to an iPod dock that I love and play music from my
Android smartphone. It has good range and it's super simple to use.
